Abhivyanjana – Making a Difference..” launched by Mitra CanCare Foundation, features upcoming artists from Indian heritage music, dance, drama and shows, and help raise funds for the foundation. It also provides a platform for cancer victors to explore individual’s expressions and convey their thoughts, emotions, and experiences through their performing arts in a unique way.

Funds raised during this program will be used for prevention of cervical cancer in women through vaccination programs.

Ms. Pallavi Anand

Pallavi Anand, is a passionate dancer whose journey began with learning Bharatanatyam under her mother, Smt. Shalini Shivashankar, director of Upahaar School of Dance in London. Following her arangetram in 2008, she deepened her artistry with the Bharata Kalanjali School in Chennai and under Smt. Bragha Bessell. Expanding her skills in Mohiniyattam, Mridangam, and Nattuvangam, Pallavi has performed globally, winning accolades like Nritya Ratna and YUVA 2016 from Akademi. A principal dancer in Akram Khans Outwitting the Devil, her artistry continues to evolve under Sri Mavin Khoos mentorship.

Vidwan Sharath TS

Guru Vid. Sri Sharath TS, is a distinguished artist skilled in Bharatanatyam, Kathak, Carnatic vocal music, and Mridangam. Trained under Karnataka Kalashree Guru Dr. Suparna Venkatesh and Guru Mysore B Nagaraj, he has performed worldwide. A black belt in Karate, he holds a Masters in Dance from Bangalore University and researches Bharatanatyams impact on the visually challenged. Sharath also leads Sharath Nrityanusandhanam, training over 200 students.

Vidwan Vidyashankar N

Vidyashankar N, born into a musical family to Sri Venugopal and singer Vid. Bharathi Venugopal, began his mridangam training early with Ganakala Kasturi Vid. R. Sathyakumar and now studies under Vid. Anoor Vinod Shyam, guided by Karnataka Kalashree Vid. Anoor Anathakrishna Sharma. Performing in prestigious sabhas for six years, he also regularly accompanies Bharatanatyam performances, expanding his artistic reach.

Vidushi Harshitha Vidya

Harshitha Vidya, is a Carnatic Vocalist, teacher, performer and composer. She hails from the musical lineage of the Bellary brothers and is the 5th generation of Carnatic musicians in her family. She began learning South Indian classical music under her mother Vidushi M.S.Vidya at the age of 3 and performed her debut concert at age 5. She has been training under the guidance of Sri Neyveli Santhanagopalan since 2016.
A gold medallist and a versatile musician, she is also a graded All India Radio artiste. She has won many national and international awards and scholarships, including the SYA scholarship from the Ministry of Culture, Govt of India, and the Purell scholarship from Guildford.
Harshitha has a masters degree in performing arts from Jain University, Bangalore, and has extensively studied middle eastern folk, historical and classical music.
She has performed globally and has collaborated with international artistes from Turkey, Iran, Azerbaijan, Malaysia and Singapore and has presented several concerts in India and abroad.
She also composes music for dance dramas, plays, orchestras, and Carnatic choir performances.

Vidwan Mathur R Srinidhi

Mathur R Srinidhi, has done his M.Sc in Biotechnology and M.Music from madras university.
He is the disciple of Vid. Sangeetha vidya sagara R.R.Keshavamurthy and Vid.R.N.Tyagarajan. He has rank in both vocal and violin vidwat exams and ‘A’ grade artist of All India Radio and Doordarshan.
Awarded Ananya Yuva Puraskar in 2013 from Ananya Bangalore and ‘ Lalitha kala suma’ from Sri Rama Lalitha Kala Mandira Bangalore
